AER PICKLEBALL GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
By participating in any AER Pickleball giveaway promotion (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of AER Sports Management LLC are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
Each Giveaway begins upon the public announcement post and ends when the stated follower milestone or date is reached, as specified in the official AER Pickleball social media post.
AER Pickleball reserves the right to modify the timeline if necessary.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing the actions stated in the official Giveaway post, which may include:
• Following the official AER Pickleball page
• Liking the Giveaway post
• Sharing the Giveaway post
• Commenting and tagging another individual
Each completed action counts as one (1) entry unless otherwise specified.
Only entries completed through the official AER Pickleball social media account during the Giveaway Period are eligible.
Automated entries, bots, or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified.
5. Prize
The prize for the Giveaway will be stated in the official post and may include:
• Pickleball Central gift cards
• Event entries
• Membership reimbursements
• Other promotional rewards
Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value unless otherwise stated, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
If a Picklr membership reimbursement is offered, reimbursement will not exceed $200 USD and may be issued via PayPal or similar method.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winner will be contacted via direct message from the official AER Pickleball account. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
AER Pickleball’s decision is final.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants grant AER Pickleball the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
AER Sports Management LLC is not responsible for:
• Technical failures
• Internet interruptions
• Incomplete entries
• Unauthorized human or automated interference
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if integrity is compromised.
9. Release of Platform Liability
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Participants release these platforms from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or attempts to manipulate the Giveaway.
