REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all events, registrations, services, and programs offered by AER Sports Management LLC, d/b/a AER Pickleball (“AER,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for any AER event or service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
AER Pickleball strives to provide high-quality tournaments, events, and programs. Because most registrations and payments are processed through third-party platforms, all refund requests and cancellations are subject to the policies and procedures of the platform through which the purchase was made.
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for AER-related events and services.
2. Third-Party Registration Platforms
Most AER events and tournaments are hosted and processed through external platforms such as pickleballtournaments.com or other authorized registration providers.
Payments are collected directly by the third-party platform.
Refund requests are managed according to that platform’s policies.
AER does not directly process payments or issue refunds for transactions made through third-party services.
Important:
All participants are responsible for reviewing and understanding the refund policy displayed on the registration platform before completing a purchase.
If you need to request a refund, cancellation, or modification to your registration, you must follow the procedures outlined by the platform where you registered.
3. Event Cancellations by AER
In the event that AER Pickleball cancels an event for any reason (including weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances), the following will apply:
Participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued in accordance with the third-party platform’s policies.
AER reserves the right to offer event credits or rescheduling options in place of cash refunds when appropriate.
AER is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred in connection with canceled events.
4. Participant-Initiated Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration:
Refund eligibility and deadlines are determined by the platform used to register.
Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
Some events may offer partial refunds, credits, or transfers depending on timing and availability.
Please review the specific refund terms listed on the event registration page before purchasing.
5. No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend an event without prior cancellation (“no-shows”) are not eligible for refunds or credits.
6. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
Pickleball events are often held outdoors and may be affected by weather or other conditions beyond our control.
AER reserves the right to modify schedules, formats, or locations due to weather or safety concerns.
Delays, shortened events, or format changes due to weather do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Refunds, if any, will be determined based on the policies of the registration platform and the extent of event completion.
7. Merchandise and Non-Event Purchases
If AER offers merchandise or products directly through our website:
Unused and unopened merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Digital products or downloadable content are non-refundable.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Any chargeback or payment dispute filed without first contacting AER or the registration platform may result in:
Removal from the event
Suspension from future registrations
Additional administrative fees
We strongly encourage participants to contact us first to resolve any issues.
