Welcome to the websites operated by AER Sports Management LLC, d/b/a AER Pickleball (“AER,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, including aersports.pro and aerpickleball.com, as well as any related services, content, and communications (collectively, the “Site”).


By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.


1. Acceptance of Terms


By visiting or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • Refunds, disputes, or issues arising from third-party services


Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by that provider’s terms and policies.


6. Purchases and Transactions


AER Pickleball events, registrations, and payments may be processed through third-party platforms. All financial transactions, refunds, cancellations, and disputes related to purchases are governed by the terms and policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.


Please review our Refund Policy and the policies of any third-party registration platform before completing any transaction.


7. Event Participation and Liability


Participation in pickleball events, clinics, tournaments, and related activities involves physical activity and inherent risk. By participating in any AER-related event or program, you acknowledge and accept these risks.


AER Sports Management LLC is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Loss or theft

  • Accidents occurring at events or facilities


Participants may be required to sign additional waivers or agreements before participating in certain activities.


8. Disclaimer of Warranties


The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. AER makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:


  • The accuracy of Site content

  • Availability or uninterrupted access

  • Fitness for a particular purpose


We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.


9. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, AER Sports Management LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
